Tailored psychological services for reaching your full potential

Untangling perfectionism, burnout, and emotional overload to connect with what matters most.

My approach

Specializing in high achievers who are overwhelmed, burned out, and exhausted. I provide tailored care that emphasizes quality, privacy, and trust. My adaptive, collaborative approach ensures you get care that truly fits, and that you can feel confident in the treatment you’re receiving. I bring warmth, honesty, and just the right amount of humor to help create a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and make real progress.

Care designed around you

At Golden Thread Psychology, you’re never just another appointment on the calendar. I provide a level of care that goes beyond the typical therapy experience.

That is means:

  • Quick responses to questions between sessions (generally within 1 business day)

  • Flexible scheduling that works with your lifestyle

  • Personalized treatment tailored to your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan

  • Attention to detail in every aspect of care, so you feel truly seen and supported

My focus is on quality over quantity. Instead of being rushed through a system, you’ll receive thoughtful, consistent care designed to help you create meaningful change.

This is therapy built around your needs, your values, and your vision for the life you want.
